Kings County vector control liaison is maintained by the Kings Mosquito Abatement District which provides services to the public on control measures.

 

Kings County may experience an increase in mosquito activity this season as the March 2023 flooding has increased areas of standing water and as temperatures rise.

 

Kings Mosquito Abatement District offers the residents of Kings County a variety of services. Residents of Kings County can report any neglected green pools, as it can be a breeding ground for mosquitoes, request mosquito fish, and/or report a dead bird.
