Welcome to Kings County Department of Public Health

Our mission at Kings County Department of Public Health is to promote and protect the physical, mental, social, and environmental health of the people of Kings County through education and prevention.​

Services are available to anyone regardless of color, race, creed, sexual orientation, or ability to pay. Some services are targeted to specific age groups and to individuals with special medical needs. Fees vary depending on the funding source and the client’s ability to pay. Our facilities are accessible for people with physical limitations and translation services are available.
